01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jl377 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with jl377, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jl377 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl377. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl377 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jl377 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

• Accepted Payment Methods: jl377 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jl377 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one hour during business hours.
• Withdrawal Verification: jl377 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the jl377 account.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you request that a third party deposit funds into your account. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jl377 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl377 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Players must satisfy all stated conditions before a bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific bonus terms.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the jl377 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, casino games, and other betting markets are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jl377 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• jl377 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jl377 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. jl377 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• jl377 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl377 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl377 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl377 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jl377's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccu racies, or omissions in game results, odds, or other Platform content.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

In no event shall jl377's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl377 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl377's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl377 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jl377 support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
